How to autostart containers from command line?

I am looking to instigate the autostart of containers from command line.

 

The scenario is I have stopped them for appdata backup but afterwards I just want to start the ones that are set to autostart.

 

Obviously this is from a script.

 

Any ideas?

    /etc/rc.d/rc.docker start
