Share "Included" drop down empty?

Featured Replies

Hello.

I'm having a problem that was also present in 6b12. When I go to shares to change what disks to save on, there is no option. Its just blank with "...close" on it. I can edit the share.cfg to manually change it.

Anyone else have this issue? Was it a fresh install or update from 6b10/11? Wondering if something needs to be deleted or changed. Or maybe something went wrong in the update.

Thanks, Kenny.

Bump. Anyone else having this issue? Just did the update threw webui to 6b14 and still there.

Did you set up your global share settings to actually include disks?

I can't recreate this issue.  Please post screenshots of both the share configuration page and your global share settings page.

I think I fixed it. TYVM BRiT and jonp for taking the time to reply. It seems that under global shares it was defaulted to "All" and I double checked like BRiT said and once I clicked on it showed Disk1, 2, 3, 4 etc. Checked them all and now I have the drop down in the Shares menu. Maybe "All" wasn't recognizing the new disks as I added them like I thought it would.

I started 6b12 with 1 parity and 2 data. Then 6b13 with 1 parity, 4 data and 1 cache. Don't think I ever changed Global shares after setting it 6b12 before Dynamix came in 6b13. If that helps duplicate the problem.

Again, Thanks, Kenny.  ;D
