I have a $20 gift card from Amazon.com which I plan to splurge on a new USB. I don't have the luxury of USB 3.0 so limited to USB 2.0 but certainly looking for something with decent read/write speeds.

 

I've looked at these three and the 'Fit' looks interesting. Would appreciate some feedback and your recommendations.

    That's what I use too

     

    If it's for the actual ESXi install, I def wouldn't buy a 32Gb one though.

    You can search for slc flash usb. I bougth 1 with only 8gb for around $20.
