Description: The command line script /usr/local/sbin/initconfig does not function. It executes fine but it does not produce a new disk configuration.

 

How to reproduce:

Invoke /usr/local/sbin/initconfig.

Examine the UI, refresh or renavigate to MAIN tab.

Notice the old disk configuration is still in effect.

 

Expected results: A new disk configuration is established and reflected in the UI.

 

Actual results: Old disk configuration is still in effect.

 

Other information: Maybe the script needs to be updated to the new location of the New Config script with the update of Dynamix UI? Perhaps update from http://localhost/update.htm?cmdInit=apply to http://localhost/Tools/NewConfig ?

 

Using the New Config from the Tools menu works as desired.

 

WARNING: Do not test this on an array that you're not comfortable with creating a new disk configuration on.
