Another Red-Ball, Please Help What Do I Do??

Seems for some reason since upgrading to 6.0 I have been getting red-balled frequently as of late.

 

Current one happened randomly, and here is the SMART output and UNRAID logs:  Please help, cant afford more data loss at this point :-\

 

 

SMART:

Unfortunatly it froze when i was trying to get SMART status test complete and rebooted, so heres the log file, not sure if it will be helpful or not:
