Hi Guys,

 

I have a new build that was/is up and running.  I finally received my cables today from mono price (http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=102&cp_id=10254&cs_id=1025406&p_id=8188&seq=1&format=2) Does anyone know if these are to correct type for a NORCO RPC-4220 case?  All I get is a blue light on case but no drives detected.  Again, my Setup works when Backplane and new cables out of picture.

Those are forward breakout cables.  You want reverse
