How to Cross Flash to a LSI-9361-8i?

Hi,

 

I have an Intel RS3DC080 which I think is the same as the LSI 9361-8i and am keen to cross flash it into the LSI model and control it with MegaRaid etc...

 

Does anyone have a clue if (a) this is possible and (b) how-to!
