[SOLVED] Can't Unlock Unraid 6 with my old pro license.

Featured Replies

I just built a new unraid server, so I pulled my old unraid USB drive out and put unraid 6 beta on it and stuck it in my new server. It booted up fine, but now I don't see how to activate it to the Pro version. I have my key file from when I purchased in 2012, but there doesn't seem to be an option to add that.

How do I get this activated?

where have you placed the key file on the USB stick?  For v6 is MUST be in the config folder for it to be recognized.  The config folder works for v5 as well, but v5 could also find it in other locations.

This is mentioned in the release notes, but often gets missed.
