Hello community,

 

I recently bought this card after the good reviews online. Unfortunately out of the 3 leds that are supposed to be showing up when the card is connected, only one of them (CR11) which is quite dim, only shows up. Does this mean that my card is broken or bricked? Is there any way to revive it?
