I am running Plex media Server version: v0.9.8.4.125-ffe2a5d on unRAID version: 5.0-beta14

Plex is not updating the metadata even though it can get to the search engines when adding new files.

I am not running any Cache disks, everything works Ok playing the new files just no metadata for synopsis etc. Old files have all relevant data.

I had this problem years ago and I think I just deleted the /mnt/user/Plex/tmp/ directory then restarted Plex and let it rebuild but am unsure.

If I tail the scanner logs I get these errors any ideas would be much appreciated?

There are some smart people over in the Plex forums who might be able to review your Plex log and determine what is going wrong.
