May 29, 200917 yr Anyone used one of these with unRAID? It requires a port multiplier compatible eSATA connection: If it works, it's really cheap at ~$130 or less. http://www.a-power.com/product-10851 People have it working with the SiI3132 based SATA cards, so it should work, right?
December 1, 201015 yr *Bump* I own this 4 bay enclosure, and have an SI 3132 pci-e card. I did a full install of Slackware 13.1 on my system, but can't get my system to see all 4 drives through the E-Sata link. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would try to get it working on stock unRAID first before attempting it on unRAID through Slackware. Always start with the simplest setup (and the fewest layers between the devices you want to work together), then add complexity once the simple setup works reliably.
December 2, 201015 yr I can't get it working on stock unraid either. When I try, it hangs after resetting sata connection a bunch of times. Any thoughts/advice?
