I set docker image to /mnt/cache/docker.img and on console it gives error: device scan failed '/mnt/cache/docker.omg' - block device required.

and doesn't create an image

When i first setup docker i had to create cache only share. i did this by making:

/mnt/cache/apps/docker/ - set to cache only

depending on how many containers you want - set size of docker.img - originally had 10gb, when i updated to 14b i switched to 20gb.

then enable and create img

thanks for the reply.

Well i continued with adding a repository and setting up dropbox and it seemed to load ok. Looking back now on my cache drive i can see the docker.img file. I guess i would never have seen the error if i didn't have the server console up in front of me. There were no errors in the webgui.

I'm going to reboot now and see if it's all ok.
