April 8, 201511 yr Had a recent power outage and full everything reboot; as far as I can tell, everything is working as should be except I can no longer copy/delete/write to my unRaid server. I get an aggravating "You need permission to perform this action" error that simply did not exist before, even though I'm logged in as the only login as I've always used for these activities, including just hours before I suddenly found I "need permission to perform this action." Thoughts?
April 8, 201511 yr Author Oh, and I'll note that my first response to this was to run the "New Permissions" script, but no luck.
April 8, 201511 yr Community Expert If on Windows, in Control Panel - Credential Manager, delete any unRAID credentials so they can be recreated.
January 21, 20179 yr Version 6.2.4 suddenly with same error. Also, if I try to create a new user, they get denied access even though they have permissions for the share. I have 5 Unraid boxes and have run them since V2, so I know my way around here. Never seen this before. Any other ideas? I had tried removing the Windows link and deleting the credentials. No joy, same error here.
