Sickbeard broader support for Torrents

Featured Replies

Is it possible to add into Sickbeard support for Kickass or Piratebay without necessarily being a Linux or script geek?

I can follow detailed instructions or use telnet to edit/replace files but that's as far as I can go I guess.

What you are looking for is sickrage.

http://www.htpcbeginner.com/sickbeard-vs-sickrage/

but some people say sonarr is the best choice going forward. I haven't switched yet, I'm still running both sickbeard and sickrage at the same time.

Great info! Thanks.

I read it all.

Sickrage would be my choice but I couldn't make clear if it supports Usenet too like Sickbeard or only torrents, which would explain why you use both.

Is there any plg installer for Sickrage on Unraid?

Just install sickbeard_alt from PhAzE....as usual.

When you go to webgui to configure the plugin, scroll down, and change this lines:

Repo: Custom

Custom repo URL: https://github.com/echel0n/SickRage

Do all other configurations, and start the plugin.

That will install sickrage instead of sichbeard.

If you have any more questions, let me know.
