I cannot get libresonic to restart itself.

I updated to 6.2.4 two days ago, and all my dockers started just fine. Earlier this evening, I used Docker Buttons to stop all dockers so I could make a change to my global share settings (include one drive, exclude another) as I'm working through my conversion to XFS. I restarted the array with no problem, then started firing up dockers.

I click the libresonic icon, then click start, then immediately get a big popup that says Execution Error (see attached).

There is nothing in libresonic.log about it (not terribly surprising). This is the last bit of the (docker?) log file that's displayed when I click the log item from the libresonic icon menu.

I do have some movie & TV shares (which are available via libresonic) on the disk that I've excluded from the user shares. The key item may be that all my music is on that disk. Would the fact that my "Audio" share is now completely non-existent (as far as the server is concerned) cause libresonic to not start at all?

So I have Subsonic running on an unRAID server. I have had this running for a few years now. I just upgraded my unRAID server, and thus installed the latest version of Subsonic using this docker..

Things are running OK, but something odd is happening. My internal IP address for Subsonic is 192.168.1.200:4040

First, when I went to connect to Sonos, I get the following log entry:

Enabling Sonos music service, using Sonos controller IP 192.168.1.110, SID 242, and Subsonic URL http://192.168.122.1:4040/ws/Sonos'>http://192.168.122.1:4040/ws/Sonos

Note that the IP address that Subsonic is trying to register with Sonos is 192.168.122.1:4040. I would expect this to be the same as the IP address I am using for accessing Subsonic GUI. 192.168.122.1 is not even in my IP range on the router.

In addition, I have this setup to access externally using the custom URL. It works fine when I am not connected to my own network. When I am though, it fails to resolve and it ends up trying to resolve to http://192.168.122.1:4040

Any ideas what is happening here?

Yeah, seems like the container is using a bridge network configuration. If I remember correctly, this is to avoid a conflict with the host network stack in case multiple service try to attain the upnp ports. You can change the configuration by adjusting the containers network configuration to host, of course, at your own peril. It should be a drop down

I realized I never reported back after my last post.

I cannot get libresonic to restart itself.

I did, in fact, get things working, and have been quite happily using it ever since.

I just updated unRAID to 6.3, and realized that I had my docker.img file on the old 5.x /mnt/cache/apps share instead of the new /mnt/cache/appdata share. So, I stopped all dockers, backed them up, disabled dockers & deleted the .img file. I reenabled dockers with the path now set to ../appdata, reinstalled all previous dockers (thanks to the docker buttons plugin), and everything was fine. Until my daughter notified me that she can't connect to libresonic from where she's currently located in Spain.

I can't either, from inside the house on my local network. A stop/start of libresonic didn't fix it, so I was looking at the configuration to see if anything had changed, when I noticed the configuration shown in the first attachment.

I checked my configuration, and the correct port (4040) is there, however the field title seems off since it says "n/a". (Second attachment)

I do also have the port configured in the "WEB_PORT" field as key1. (third attachment)

Any ideas what's gone wrong? Should I attempt to just delete & reinstall libresonic to check the config?

I did a pull and it looks like you probably didn't have a chance to do this.  No big deal as I'm sure you have much more important things that come up.  If you do get a chance to do this soon, that would be awesome!

Thanks for all your work on this.  Best subsonic docker I have found.
