server shutdown unexpectedly now virtual box will not open

Very strange issue im having. I heard my servers shut down, so I power it back on and everything is fine. The web gui did not even indicate an unclean shutdown.

 

Now the problem, when I go into utilities and select virtual box, the server kinda hangs. Itll be some time now before I can access the Web interface. My server has not had any problems for a while. Maybe im missing something easy?
