New to UNRAID. Got my server working. Love it. 3 data disks (3TB,3TB,2TB) for 8 TB total and 4TB parity installed in ITX-S4 case. $300. Used existing drives from previous server and cannibalized 2TB from MyBook drive. Works great. Now I want to start using Transmission but the default setup doesn't seem to work. Can someone tell me with configuration settings?

You have posted in the v6 support area. Are you running v6 and if so, what beta?

 

The best way for most addons in v6 is to use dockers.

 

If you are trying to use a plugin, in either v5 or v6, you haven't told us anything useful about what plugin you are using. Please provide a link to the plugin.

I'm using unRAIDServer-6.0-beta15-x86_64. Plugin is PhAzE Transmission 2015.03.11.1

I don't know anything about dockers. I looked at it briefly and it looks complicated.

Probably better to post on the PhAzE thread for support on his plugins instead of starting a new one. Have you tried reading through that thread? I know it is very long. Here is some hints on searching this forum.

 

Since I don't use those anymore I don't have anything to compare against, but if you could provide more specific details about your problem, maybe even a screenshot I'm sure someone can help, either here or on that support thread.

embarrassed to say I have not explored the PhAzE tread. All I did was search for Transmission and did not find help there. Thanks for the direction. I will post in that thread.

Went to the PhAzE thread and added Transmission in Docker and it works fine. Thanks again for the direction.
