When Running XL List Command, Why Does it Say "b" for a running VM?

I'm currently running Ubuntu Server as a VM through XEN.  However, when in the terminal for unRAID, when I run the XL List command, ubuntu shows up as being in a "blocked" state even though i'm currently logged in and using the VM.  This is also reflected in the web interface of unRAID when I click on XEN and it shows that the Ubuntu VM is shutdown.
