Greetings. I currently am running Unraid 5.0-rc10 Plus. I have done upgrades before, but never with a paid version. Do I use the downloads available, or does it have to be sent to me via email?

    It's the same download.    The only difference is the key file you get when you buy a license ... UnRAID recognizes that and provides the additional capabilities based on the level of system you're purchased (Basic, Plus, or Pro).
