April 25, 201511 yr I was wondering if there was any way for the systems support for virtualisation capabilities (e.g. VT-x/VT-d) to be auto-detected and the results displayed somewhere in the GUI - probably under the Settings->VM Manager page. If this were possible it would help new users immensely if they knew what was available and what was not before trying to create VMs. As an alternative perhaps the Dynamix System Information plugin could show this type of information.

Vtx yes, and we actually do this if your system doesn't have vtx and you go to the VM manager settings page, we alert you. In the future, we will put this on the info panel. VT-d on the other hand is not really possible to detect unless its already turned on in your bios. Still working on that....
