Thinking of switching from FreeNAS to UnRAID 6... What to know?

Hi All,

 

I'm thinking of moving from FreeNAS to UnRAID. On the one hand, FreeNAS has been rock solid for me, and I enjoy ZFS. On the other hand, I find the community to be less than friendly, and I'm really annoyed that the newest Plex premium features don't support FreeBSD.... so I think it might be time to make the jump. I'm concerned about BTRFS vs. ZFS. Should I be? What else should I know? THANKS!
