Unmenu - SmartHistory Directory Not Found

Featured Replies

Just poking around apps.  Found SmartHistory on UnMenu.  When I try to access it.

Sorry: cannot run smarthistory.

The /boot/smarthistory directory does not exist.

Is there some dependency that must be installed?  Deprecated program?

Very old add on. Still works as of 6b6, can't confirm newer as I haven't moved on yet.

IMHO, this should have been in the stock webGUI for years. It's a very nice graphical history of the smart status of your drives. We are just now starting to see something similar in the newest webgui, but this add on has been working just fine for more than 6 years with unmenu.

I'm also looking for a smarthistory successor for Unraid v6

On Unraid v5 smarthistory showed some of the SMART values for my parity drive had been slowly deteriorating over the past few months.

I've since upgraded to Unraid v6 and can't find the graphs anymore to send to the drive manufacturer.

I would like the smarthistory function but I doubt the drive manufacturer even look at the graphs you might be sending them.  I've never had them refuse a drive when I've RMA'd a drive and I don't send them anything.  I just fill out the info on the RMA screen they ask for.
