here's what on the near horizon.

Holy batballs.. I don't think I'll need a video editor on my unraid machine, but who knows what the future holds. Right now, at most I just remux audio tracks and correct subtitles. That looks cool if you generate and keep lots of home videos on your unraid server though.

Wow what's going on?

I tried copying a directory with Krusader. I have /mnt mounted as /UNRAID in this environment, and I accessed /mnt/disk18 and /mnt/disk2. I made a mistake of not copying it to different named directory (should've copied Files to Files2), but it executed anyway at blazing fast 100MB/sec (no, I don't have cache-drive enabled on any of my user shares, let alone direct diskX access). The resulting Files in disk2 (target disk) is empty and cannot be renamed.

When I accessed /mnt/disk2 direct through mc, it's still empty. I've no idea where that 'copy' went.

Edit: Ok nevermind that, after retrying with a differently named directory it works ok. BUT we really need multi-window environment to use this, because file copy/move dialog pops up separately and if you click on the main window, there's no way of getting back to the file copy/move dialog anymore.

Btw, it should have a build-in queue manager and that is pretty yummy: http://www.krusader.org/documentation/basic.html

ps: probably need to disable build-in recycle bin function that throws deleted crap into ~/.local/share/Trash
