Hi! I just updated like a minute ago and now Im getting this error message:

Hi, I think I was updating this and it said not to close the window unless after two minutes it had not changed. So I had closed it as it was more than two minutes and now my drives are not showing up or anything like that. I went to unraid conenct to download the backup file but the backup file seems to had been uploaded just as or after the update which when re flashing the backup it still has the same issue with not showing the drives. Do you know if Unraid connect keeps more than one backup or is it okay to use a backup I had a couple of weeks ago. Thanks

The online backup only keeps the last backup -> no history.

Your problem would have nothing to do with installing the update for CA. You should create a new thread in General Support and include your diagnostics

Just an update. I rebooted and left it and I came back to it all showing up. So maybe I'm having some random hardware issue or something else. I just want to put that It for sure was not the CA plugin then. Sorry about that. Thanks for your reply though.

Yes and unfortunately that doesn't fix; however, after a restart, it is working again as usual.

Outside of some fixes etc, main difference in today's update is that on a category / search that has multiple pages, you can use a wheel mouse left / right (if your mouse supports it) or a magic mouse gesture (swipe left/right) to change pages.

Note that at least on my Windows system, Firefox's returned values for this event are very low, so a threshold has been set to prevent issues happening on a Magic Mouse when doing this. If the change causes issues (it really shouldn't), then it can be disabled via CA's settings

I'd need to see CA's diagnostics. Settings - Community Applications, enable debugging mode. Go back to Apps, if it shows up again, then at the bottom left, Debugging and then reply back with the zip file here

I see why it's doing it for you, but not quite sure how (shouldn't be possible AFAICT). What browser are you using? Does a different browser work or disabling all extensions / addons fix it?

My remote unRAID server had been lacking a little attention since I had lost my remote control. I now have it restored and needed to install a new plugin but I am getting a similar "Something seriously went wrong" message. I've tried within Incognito, hard refreshing my browser, and even uninstalling and reinstall the CA app. I have tried within Chrome and Edge. Both show the same error. The only recent change, aside from a few plugin updates, is I changed my local IP address. But I can't see how that would be an issue.

It downloads an a vDisk image, verifies it with a checksum before creating a vm template and installing the VM for you. What you choose in the container varaibles will reflect to the vm. For most people these dont need to be changed from the defaults. If you need to change the locations in the container this is what each will do. VM Share on Server: This should be set to your VM share - default on Unraid is \/mnt\/user\/domains - the vm will be installed here RetroNAS data share This should point to a share you want RetronNAS to use. All your roms etc will be here. Best have an empty share and move what you need there later. default is retronas. The container will connect the VM using virtiofs to this share. So the share doent have to be \"exported\" by Unraid for retroNAS to use it (more secure) Name to call VM: Easy -- The name you want the VM to be called default id RetroNAS but you can change it The container then will do the rest. It will create an xml file for the vm based on the above and install the vm straight into the server. So once run goto the VMs tab and you will see it there. Start it up and confiure retronas in vnc window and configure (see my video how) default username and password is retronas (yes you can change them later! ) After logging in type retronas to configure your RetroNAS server. Have fun :) The container doesnt need to be kept running. It is just an install tool. The container has no webUI so to see what its doing view the container log. ** This container cant translate the location of an unassigned disk across to the vm template. You have a browser add on or extension that is interfering with the communication and high jacking the responses from CA.

It has to do with family photography.

Nothing I can do to fix that when it's injecting additional code into a response. Disable or uninstall the offending add on or use incognito mode

Thanks. That's not a browser plugin but is my firewall. Odd, and not odd, that the remote unRAID, that I'm accessing over a site to site tunnel, is trying to do something local to me. When my local browser accesses the remote Apps page, what is my local browser trying to access? It is fetching the data like a proxy to the unRAID server?

I tried connecting through unRAID Connect and I'm getting the same errors. I can't quite wrap my head around why my local firewall is giving an error on the remote server.

EDIT: It has something to do with HTTPS inspection at the firewall. There are a number of URLs/Domains that I pulled from that text. Is github where the content is pulled from? I'm still looking through the logs (active and historical) to see where this is breaking.

RESOLVED: Since the unRAID was in a remote site, and I was using SSL to communicate with it, the HTTPS inspection in the firewall itself was the problem. Not the remote unRAID trying to proxy. I added an exclusion to bypass SSL inspection based on the destination of my remote unraid and it resolved the issue.

Hi, I have had this bug for a long time now.

When I try to update the Docker containers, the container doesn't recreate.

I get this error message in the terminal:

Error response from daemon: Conflict. The container name "/Firefox" is already in use by container "3fcf3a9f8264c164b4edd5272703273d5e64fb05571c52d57ecfb3db6d34055e". You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.

My work around was to recreate the contaienr in the docker tab.

Hello, Is Community Apps down right now? Everything else is working. I'm getting this error right now:

Download of appfeed failed.

Community Applications requires your server to have internet access. The most common cause of this failure is a failure to resolve DNS addresses. You can try and reset your modem and router to fix this issue, or set static DNS addresses (Settings - Network Settings) of 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 and try again.

Alternatively, there is also a chance that the server handling the application feed is temporarily down. See also this post for more information
