Mobile Update

Threw up the trial balloon just to see if I should go through the exercise.  After a good solid 12 hours at this, determined that it is effectively unworkable because I'm running on top of an interface (dynamix) that isn't mobile aware.  While I can easily change the styling of the cards for a mobile device to make them readable on a 5" screen, I cannot change the styling of everything else within unRaid that CA utilizes.  Effectively that means that no matter what it winds up being only a solution that is "half-assed", and will not be able to avoid having to zoom in on everything (or a complete rewrite of CA to not use any built-in functions).

That being said, the exercise wasn't a complete waste of time.  Certain aspects of CA's UI are going to change to make it more mobile friendly that aren't going to impact the desktop version

Sorting options don't appear to be working for me.

Typically for example if I go to "All Apps" by default it sorts A-Z, if I try changing that to anything else the loading icon appears/disappears but then nothing happens, stays as A-Z.

Have tried with Adblocking off and have tried Incognito to try and make sure it wasn't some browser problems, any other suggestions?

plugin: wget: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Squidly271/community.applications/master/plugins/community.applications.plg download failure (Network failure)

Pinging 8.8.8.8 is successful. Can anybody help?

same error

The exact same error (ie: Network Failure)?

The link in @Primal51's post is 100% correct

If clicking the link from Chrome doesn't bring up the raw .plg then you've got other issues with your router / modem / isp / Country that is outside of what I am in control of.

Thus far though with 3 separate users saying "same error" which leads me to read that as "Network Failure", no one has responded with requests for diagnostics, or if their Gateway / DNS addresses weren't typo'd

@Squid I can't search using dashes for some reason. If i try to search docker hub for "go-socks5-proxy" it changes it to "go socks5 proxy" causing it to load thousands of pages making it impossible to find.

There was a reason for that.  Of course since that code was done a few years ago, I can't remember what the reason actually was :(

Sorry, yes its saying network failure.  The error with updating is attached. I've noticed I can download it via CLI in unraid as well as clicking the link in Chrome.  Not sure what's going on.

Hrmm.  Looks like I am unable to install/update any plugins.  When trying to install a new plugin I am getting Read-only file system errors.  I'm wondering if one of my drive have failed.

For everyone, I was able to fix the issue.  My USB boot drive got corrupted.  I had to replace it.  Once replaced, all worked fine.

Hey everyone,

New to unraid, just installed the trial and am trying to install the CA plugin.  Aside from the initial install, I've only created my pool and cache.  I haven't "tweaked" anything but I must have done something wrong somewhere along the line as I am getting a network error when trying to install the plugin

Using this url: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Squidly271/community.applications/master/plugins/community.applications.plg

I get this:

plugin: installing: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Squidly271/community.applications/master/plugins/community.applications.plg
plugin: downloading https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Squidly271/community.applications/master/plugins/community.applications.plg
plugin: downloading: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Squidly271/community.applications/master/plugins/community.applications.plg ... failed (Network failure)
plugin: wget: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Squidly271/community.applications/master/plugins/community.applications.plg download failure (Network failure)

Everything I see network wise works fine...but as I'm new to unraid, I really don't know what "fine" should be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I've attached the diagnostics.

Thanks!

Not the problem you're asking about, but you are having issues with multiple disks, likely a controller problem or possibly power.

Thanks, I will look at it.  I wasn't sure if my old controller would work or not, but I saw healthy/online on the dashboard and thought everything was good so didn't look any further.   Once I get this plugin problem resolved, I will try swapping the controller out and see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks again for pointing that out.
