Share Doesn't Appear in Uppercase

I renamed a share from 'TV Shows' to simply 'TV'. However, it now appears in lowercase.

The share appears in uppercase in unRAID:

I've rebooted in the hope that it will fix the issue. It didn't.

 

To make things more confusing: Two machines running Windows 7 show the share in lowercase. While android devices show the share in uppercase.  :o

    Apparently, Windows explorer changes how an all uppercase file or folder is displayed.

     

    To disable this 'feature', the following registry key should be set to 1

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\DontPrettyPath
