Should I be worried? (Reallocated Sector Ct)

Hi, I was looking at the dashboard of my RC3 box and while I was hovering the mouse over the smart status it said "Reallocated Sectors" I do have another drive that has 135 which I am keeping an eye on. This drive just said "Reallocated Sectors" but no quantity. so I did a SMART extended self-test and it passed and is now saying "0 Reallocated Sectors". The smart test shows, 

 

5 Reallocated Sector Ct 0x0033 200 200 140 Pre-fail Always - 0

 

The drive model is WDC WD30EZRX and its only about 8 months old.
