Need help with uninstalling GPLPV drivers for XEN to KVM conversion

Hi everyone.  I am trying to follow the Wiki instructions (see below) for converting VMs from XEN to KVM in preparation for upgrading unRAID.  The link within these instructions for the .bat file needed to remove GPLPV drivers from the VM has been down for a long time.  Could someone please post this .bat file somewhere (dropbox, onedrive, google drive) and post the download link for it?  Is there a way to remove the GPLPV drivers without this .bat file?  Below is the link to the .bat file that is referenced within the Wiki instructions.  Thanks!
