Ran Permissions and now can't access tower

I ran the Permissions tool and it completed.  I had to reboot the server.  When it comes up it sits at the tower login but I can't access the webpage. 

 

The last item I see on the server is

chmod:  cannot access '/usr/local/sbin/readvz' : No such file or directory.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
