Preclear Script Not Present

Featured Replies

I can't get the preclear script to work in the GUI.  When I go to Plugins, Preclear it indicates that the script is not present.

I followed the instructions from here http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=40599.0.

I can see the preclear script in the root folder.  I ran the url for the plugin and was successful.

I can see the preclear plugin in the plugin folder on my flash

Probably because you didn't follow the instructions from the plugin page?

It doesn't come with the preclear script itself, which can be found here. Please put a copy of the script to /boot/config/plugins/preclear.disk/ directory.

Ahh missed that.  I had it in the root.  Thanks.  Can I preclear two disks at once or is it better to do one at a time?

Depending on your hardware and memory settings in preclear doing more than 4 at a time may be problematic. 2 should be completely fine.
