You are looking at your answer.  Look at the section entitled "Alternate no-format procedure".  This is the way to do what you would like to do.  But it is loaded with pitfalls if you are not am unRAID guru.  I can only suggest that you Read, Re-read, and READ again from the beginning of the WIKI through the end of this section until you are absolutely positive of the exact steps that you will have to follow.  You will have to very carefully figure what is now (or has been ) installed on your flash drive.  Write down your plan of action as a list of steps so you can check off each one as it is done!  (Just like NASA and airline pilots using a checklist!)

The reason for all of this caution is simple.  If you make a mistake, there is a possibility that the server will fail to reboot!  And since you don't have access, you can't troubleshoot or fix it.

You might consider stopping your array, using the backup of the remote Flash Drive--- IF you don't have a backup of that remote Flash Drive at this point, you haven't done your homework.  Install that copy on a local Flash Drive and make the drive bootable.  Test if out to make sure it boots.  Then run a trail update on that drive using the checklist that you developed.  If that boots, then you have a excellent chance of being able to do the upgrade remotely.
