July 21, 200916 yr I'm following up on a thread that died in March 2009. http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=3479.0 Like many I'm hoping to seed torrents from my unraid server using uTorrent on a networked Vista PC. I am able to add completed torrents to uTorrent using either the mounted drive or direct //tower/share/folder.. methods. I get perfect hash checks, so I know uTorrent can see the files just fine. The problem arises while seeding. It seems that after uTorrent recieves a seed request from a leecher, it seems like it will timeout and give an error "a socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network" (I'm not 100% positive that is referring to my network and not the internet...). I will seed exactly 0 Bytes when seeding off my unraid server, howerver, if I seed the same file from my local hard drive it will seed substantial amounts very fast. The problem seems to be confined to seeding. If anyone has made any headway with this problem, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
