Server semifrozen, how do I clean reboot and diagnose?

I'm on unraid v6, I just got home from vacation and updated to 6.0, my server is now acting strange. I can access sabnzb docker but after a while it becomes unresponsive and won't load. When that happens the web interface also stops working. I can access the server via putty and my shares and other dockers (Plex, sonarr, couchpotato) are still loading and working.

The fist time this happened I tried a powerdown and powerdown -r command with no luck so I hard rebooted and that kicked off a parity check. How do I clean reboot now and diagnose whatever is causing the freeze up? I want to check if maybe there is an update for the sabnzb docker or disable it and see if it still freezes up, but I don't want to hard reboot and cause another parity check if I don't have to!

Any help will be super appreciated!

Edit: Attached Syslog, and noticed that unmenu loads, hopefully that will we helpful

Well,

I'm unable to stop or start sabnzbd with dock stop or docker start commands. I have no errors in my syslog in unmenu. I'm at a loss at this point. I'm not sure how to boot into safe mode without access to the gui or where to go from here.

I have access to unmenu but not the regular web gui, I have been unable to a clean reboot. at this point I'm thinking of trying to restart after this latest parity check finishes and removing sabnzbd and trying nzbget instead.

Anyone have any ideas or tips?
