Did something rather silly while configuring a plugin remotely

So I'm currently travelling and stupidly tried to upgrade bittorrent sync remotely. Yep. I know. Ugh.

 

The upgrade process failed, and when I tried to roll back it succeeded in restoring the older version of the plugin, but not the settings. I then compounded my error, entering the wrong configuration path, pointing the plugin to the base unRAID configuration folder. Welp.

 

As soon as I attempted to start the plugin I realised my error, but by then it was too late. All of the webGUIs became inaccessible, my SSH connection was terminated.

 

How serious is this likely to be? I'm finally going to be in the same physical location as the server later today and am wondering if there's any specific recommendations for recovery? Should I try to backup or recover anything from the key prior to rebooting the host?
