Help troubleshooting freezing docker and web ui

Featured Replies

Alright, my server has a weird problem going on, here's what happens. boot up and everything starts and runs normally, Sabnzbd will run for a while and then freeze up, it's webpage stops loading

I then try to restart the docker via the unraid web ui docker page, which causes the unraid web ui to quit working every time.

All other dockes and shares keep working and I am able to access the unmenu page and telnet.

I have tried the clean powerdown console commands with no luck and stopping samba and then the array via unmenu, but that causes unmenu to stop responding, so I'm stuck doing a hard reboot and parity check.

I have tried removing an reinstalling the sabnzbd docker with the same result. What do I need to do to troubleshoot this properly? Attached is a syslog.

For anyone else with a similar issue, I fixed this by disabling the auto start on the sabnzb docker and setting up and using nzbget instead. It's working fine now, but it's kind of shaken my confidence in my server.

I ran fine through all of the version 6 betas and this started with the final release. I'm hoping my server continues to run well, but I'm disappointed with the lack of resources available, and the what seems to have been a problem that could not be solved through troubleshooting.  I'm just praying that if something like this happens again it's not anything critical.

When did you add the sab container that you are talking about?
