Hello, I'm having a odd issue. About a week ago I lost internet connection through sickbeard and plex. Sickbeard can not find show names to add and plex will not download meta data. Plex shows that I am signed into my plex pass but says that I am not reachable outside my network. But a friend can still reach it. I have tried restarting, rebooting unraid. Just bought and installed new wireless router. Still nothing. I know I must be missing something simple. This is all very new to me still. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of unRaid are you using?  There was an issue similar to that that was fixed in 6.0.0
