After upgrading to v6, all drives show "Unassigned" when I boot the array. I upgraded following this guide. Did I miss something transferring cfg files?

I've got a parity check running now and I'm seeing a few reallocated sectors on 2 drives. Is this something I should be concerned about? Not sure if it's telling me that action has already been taken or if I need to take some action.

As you said, 2 drives have a few reallocations, but none pending, so it should be OK.
