VM crashing on Windows install

Hi Guys,  I am working through my first unRAID setup.  I have setup a VM to run Windows7 on.  About a minute into starting the install the VM stops and I get this in the log:

unRAID version 6.0.1

Intel i5-2400

Gigabyte z68ma-d2h-b3

VM is on a ssd cache drive

Autostart = on

CPU mode = Emulated (with this set to i5-2400 I get a host-cpu error as well as the high-privileges one)

HyperV = yes

 

I am only on a trial key at this stage until I get it all sorted.

 

Would really like to know what I am doing wrong.  Thanks in advance for your help.
