July 6, 201510 yr Community Expert Not much to go on. The syslog isn't very long and doesn't include the information which I suspect is the problem. I notice you haven't configured any user shares. Where were you storing the config data (appdata) for the dockers? If on cache then most likely it was moved to the array when mover ran last night.
July 6, 201510 yr Author I have been having using try to stop the array. It gets stuck on retrying to unmount. A search on the forums leads me to believe the shares not being set up.
July 6, 201510 yr Author I enabled user shares and now I can stop the array again. Going to re-install my docker containers. I will post my results here.

July 7, 201510 yr The log you attached contains SMART reports for your disks. The Seagate drive in your array (ST3000DM001-9YN166) has 16 pending sectors; you may want to replace that drive.
