plexWatch fragged after cache drive pooling

Featured Replies

I had plexWatch working fine in a Docker but had to copy all the data off my cache driver (unRAID) to create a new cache drive pool.  After copying everything back and turning Dockers back on plexWatch won't work.  I've deleted and re-added the Docker and set all the necessary info in config.php and config.pl but I keep getting the following error (this after letting a file play for over 10 minutes as well as having other users streaming at the same time):

Failed to access plexWatch database. Please check your settings.

If I run plexwatch.pl from the command line I get the following message:

Can't locate LWP/UserAgent.pm in @INC (you may need to install the LWP::UserAgent module) (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at ./plexWatch.pl line 16.  BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./plexWatch.pl line 16.

Anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong?

Permissions, perhaps?  Maybe when you copied back to the cache it took root as the user?

Wow this makes no sense.  That was the first thing I checked when I saw this issue and the permissions were indeed wrong.  I ran newperms and it didn't fix it.  I then re-installed the Docker (deleting the config folder) and I just saw the perms were wrong again.  Re-ran newperms and now it's working.  SOOOOOOO weird.  Thanks for telling my brain to do that again though!

However now PlexWatch loads and displays data but navigating is PAINFULLY slow and sometime pages don't load at all.  Like if I click on a user it may take 30 seconds to load the page and then clicking on IP Addresses or History nothing happens at all.
