August 4, 200916 yr Hi I purchased a server box, on line, form Lime Technologies about 2 weeks ago. I have NOT received any confirmation from the company, NOR any e-mail that the have received my order. My credit card has been debited for the correct amount. That's the only evidence that they have receive an order. I have e-mailed them serveral times with NO responce. The web page does not have any phone numbers. I need help contacting them. Can anyone help. If I can not get any responce from the company in the next few days, I'll have to have VISA stop payment. THANKS FOR ANY HELP doc

At times, people have found his returned mail in the spam folders... might check there, just in case.
August 5, 200916 yr Author UPDATE Thanks Everyone For Your Help!!!! Tom got back to me right away. Problem Solved. My server will arrive Friday FedEx and I'm looking forward to learning how to use it. I'll more than likely to back to the forums with lots of questions. Again thanks for all the help. doc
