Sabnzbd won't install

Featured Replies

My unraid box went down due to a power failure.  Everything came back up fine after it was restarted with the exception on Sabnzbd.  It seems like everything is still in its proper place but Sabnabd will not install.

If I go to /boot/config/plugins and run installplg sabnzbd_unplugged.plg it says that it installed just fine.  However, if I open Sabnzbd in the unraid web page under /Settings/Sabnzbd it says that the plugin is not install.  If I try to install it by clicking the "Install" button there it does not install. I get an error "cp -Rf 'tmp/SABnzbd-/*': No such file or directory.

Oddly enough, it creates an index.htlm file in /tmp that has the text "We're sorry -- The Sourceforge site is currently in Disaster Recovery mode, and currently requires the use of javavscript to function.  Please check back later."

Does anyone have and idea how I can resolve this and get Sabnzbd to install?  Is there a way to uninstall it and start over?

Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

You have posted this in v6 support and you are asking about a plugin that is not only incompatible with v6 but isn't really even supported in v5 anymore.

To uninstall, remove the plg file and reboot. I don't know where you had it storing its files but you will have to clean those up too.

Then, to start over search for the plugin thread by PhAzE and get those. See search tips in my sig.

The forum[glow=red,2,300] is [/glow]called "UnRAID OS version 5.x Support" so I can see where he might conclude he was in the right place......

Jeffj, I'm in the same boat.  trurl IS correct, in that you'll be better served by migrating to PhAzE's plugin.  He's very helpful and very active in these forums.  Follow the link below, and you'll be on your way with only a minor loss of hair and sanity.

He's in the right place now because I moved it. Perhaps I should have noted that in my initial response, but see here.

My apologies trurl.  I did verify 'moved' was not mentioned before jumping in.

NP. I should have mentioned it. I'm still learning the MOD stuff.  :)

A big thanks to both of you.  With your help I was able to get all of my plugins updated to PhAzE versions!

Thanks again.
