Cannot connect to server... about 5 minutes after start.

My server is "crashing" after what seems to be starting the parity check. Server boots fine, starts up, but once I bring the raid online and start the parity check, I can no longer connect via telnet or web. Server remains powered on, just no connectivity. Log attached.

    Update, does not have to be when the parity starts. It will become unresponsive without starting the parity as well. Also ran a Memtest, and everything passed.

    Thanks for the help Trurl. I booted in safe mode and it lasted a longer (or just luck?) but ended with a kernel panic. Anything else to try?
