July 18, 201510 yr Hi, I have plex running on my server, but now I can't get it to connect. I have had it up and running for a long time, so not sure what is wrong. Plex is not reachable. Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access. I have port 32400 open in my router to the server-ip. I also, after installing the newest Phaze plugin, also forwarded port 80, and changing the web-gui port of my unraid to something else. Still no luck. I see my friends share there, and I use the direct link to the server.. "192.168.x.x:32400" when trying to check the settings, but now I can not log in Hope some unraid/plex guru here can help me
July 18, 201510 yr Author Yes, i see that it is down, but this startet several days ago. Looks like it might be a lock-out/reset issue, but I was able to sign in, and still did not see the server-settings.. so not sure Have to wait untill it is up again, to test more.
July 18, 201510 yr I had this issue a couple of months ago, and it turned out it was a problem with my network. I set it all to automatic rather than static and it signed in no problem
July 18, 201510 yr Author Did you change your password after they got hacked? I managed to lock my self out, so had to reset my password. So yes, it is changed
July 18, 201510 yr Author Now that Plex.tv is online again, I changed password, and home-pin. Still, the server-option is not shown... Now I am lost.. can't find the option to publish my server.. When i push "add user" I can see that there is no server in the greyed out area, and only a "not availible" sign there... Edit: I also can connect with my phone on 3G/4G (in other words, I am not connected to my local lan) and I see my plex, but no server-option, just "web users devices"
July 18, 201510 yr I would try signing out of plex, clear your browsers cache & cookies and then sign back into plex and see if that resolves the issue.
July 18, 201510 yr Author I would try signing out of plex, clear your browsers cache & cookies and then sign back into plex and see if that resolves the issue. I sign out, changed password, signed in, rebooted server. Same issue from my computer with IE and Firefox, My MacBook and iPhone. Same thing, the "server" settings do not show.

July 18, 201510 yr Author Try these: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201105343-Advanced-Server-Settings Thank you. I can not verify if it works in a few days, because I am away a few days. But I think that deleting the the settings will do the trick. Will post reply when tested.
