I just added a EVGA GTX 970 to my windows 8.1 VM and now my network br0 will not show up in the VM so I can RDP into it.  There is no network adaptor visible in windows. When I have my keyboard and mouse hooked up the mouse pointer is invisible so I have to guess where it is on the screen.  There is also is so much lag it is impossible to diagnose within the VM.  I have tried setting up the VM to have the VNC be the primary graphics and the 970 be the secondary til I get it all sorted out.  But windows will not boot it keeps wanting to go into a recovery mode.  I do not care if the graphics card outputs a display as I will be using it to stream games to my Nvidia Shield Android TV.

What's your exact hardware config? At least CPU, mobo, GPUs.

I have a Asrock c226 WS with a Xeon E3-1245V3 and a EVGA 04G-P4-2976-KR GeForce GTX 970.
