invoking powerdown 2.17

I have been using the powerdown command within a script to turn off my server after certain criteria are met.  After updating to powerdown 2.17 the script now fails ( server stays on indefinitely).  I invoke powerdown as "/sbin/powerdown" (without quotes).  Has that changed?

    Powered down then up.  Autopowerdown then worked. Seems to be working. Let me know if I am missing something.  Never had this happen before.
