July 30, 201510 yr Hey guys.. I recently had a USB flash drive fail on me, and had to email support in order to get a replacement key, as I was using v5.. anyone know roughly how long that process takes?
July 30, 201510 yr Awhile back when I emailed for a replacement it only took a couple hours. However I'm sure it is different for everyone.

July 30, 201510 yr Oh? I thought I needed a key for the new drive beforehand. I'll give that a try. Thanks for the idea! Nope! Install V6 and put your old key file in the new USB config folder. It will step you through the key transfer process. Slick and takes a few seconds.
