Stop Unraid from seeing a GPU

Been playing around with the VMs and passing through NICs and controllers and was wondering if anyone is using Unraid headless and passing through the GPU (Not Intel).  I have a Xeon system and the MB does not support Intel video, I would like to install an ATI 7870 as the only video card in the system.

I tried running through some of the walkthroughs posted but I believe Unraid is stopping me, because it’s using the card.

Any help would be great, Thanks a bunch

I don't have a system without integrated graphics to test with, but I can tell you that unRAID never "uses" the card in the way that other forums guide their users on "blacklisting".

Blacklisting is necessary with other distributions because they bind a driver to the GPU that isn't vfio-pci.  We don't because you don't need a driver bound to the GPU to use it for the console display.  I also have never had an issue passing through a GPU that was used for displaying the console (where I disabled igfx).

Please share more information about your experience (your post is a little vague).  Provide errors you are getting and please post your diagnostics (Tools -> Diagnostics from the webGui).
