How to upgrade limetech plex

I installed the limetech/plex docker build.  Today Plex told me it has an upgrade.  The upgrade link downloaded a .deb file, but no instructions on how to upgrade.  Is there an automated process to upgrade the docker?  Or...are there instructions?

    To get the latest public version of Plex, just restart the Limetech docker.  To get the latest Plex Pass version, you'll need to switch dockers.  See:

    But the public and Plex Pass versions are currently the same ( 0.9.12.8 ) so it doesn't really matter much.
