Invalid response packet spam in syslog

I have begun seeing a large number of the following message spammed in my unRaid syslog: Invalid response packet from host 192.168.0.100 - where the IP is one of my desktops that I recently updated to Windows 10.

 

I saw that a few people had resolved such issues with avahi by disabling IPv6 in Windows 10, which I have done and confirmed to be disabled.

 

I still receive the messages with IPv6 completely disabled, is there any other possible cause for this?
